Quick Start Guide

Get your lead response automation system up and running in under 30 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • Active website with lead capture forms
  • Business phone number for SMS sending
  • Calendar system (Google Calendar, Calendly, etc.)

Step 1: Account Setup

  1. Sign up for your Westmark Lead Response account
  2. Verify your phone number for SMS sending
  3. Connect your calendar for automated scheduling

Step 2: Configure Lead Sources

Section titled “Step 2: Configure Lead Sources”

Connect your lead sources to start capturing leads automatically:

  • Website contact forms
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Referral partner systems
  • Manual lead entry

Step 3: Customize SMS Templates

Set up your automated response messages:

Hi {name}! Thanks for your interest in our low-voltage services.
I can schedule a free site survey for you. Here's my calendar: {calendar_link}.
Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Step 4: Test the System

  1. Submit a test lead through your website
  2. Verify SMS response is sent within 2 minutes
  3. Test calendar booking process
  4. Check analytics dashboard
